Hamilton's Itinerarium was first issued by Albert Bushnell Hart in an edition privately printed by William K. Bixby, St. Louis, Missouri, 1907. It was republished as Gentleman's progress: the Itinerarium of Dr. Alexander Hamilton, 1744. Edited with an introduction by Carl Bridenbaugh, Chapell Hill: University of North Carolina Press, 1948.
