Catalogue of the medical books in what is now the Bibliothèque nationale de France, but which was called in 1857 the Bibliothèque Impériale. By the second volume published in 1873 the library was renamed the Bibliothèque nationale, and vols 2 and 3 were "publié par ordre du gouvernement."
